Monthly tension-type headaches affected roughly a third, while 14% had migraines and nearly 11% had both. Rating stress levels on a 100-point scale…the investigators tagged a 10-digit rise in stress to about a 6% bump in tension headache frequency. Migraines and combo headaches rose roughly 4%… highlighting a connection between stress and headache risk.On the sleep front
