Health Tip: Exercising Indoors

Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. There are plenty of ways to keep your body moving indoors.

The Weight-control Information Network suggests:

  • Join an indoor sports team.
  • If you play video games, opt for games that force you to keep moving.
  • Turn on some music and dance, by yourself or with friends.
  • Hit the mall with friends and walk past all of your favorite stores.
